United States Shipping Only

Obang House currently ships to delivery addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at launch.

Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Any different processing estimate will be shown on the product page or communicated after purchase.

Tracked USPS Shipping

Orders ship with USPS tracking. Shipping charges and any free-shipping threshold are shown at checkout before payment. A tracking link is sent after the shipping label is created. Tracking may take time to update after USPS accepts the package.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates begin after carrier acceptance and are not guaranteed. Obang House is not responsible for carrier, weather, emergency, or other delays outside our reasonable control, but we will help review available tracking information.

Shipping Address

Please review your delivery address before placing an order. Use our contact form immediately if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order enters packing or receives a shipping label. Additional shipping charges may apply when a package is returned because of an incorrect or undeliverable address.

Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Packages

If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, first check the delivery area and contact USPS. Then contact us with your order number so we can review the shipment. Report damaged or incorrect orders within 7 days after delivery and include clear photos of the item and shipping packaging. See our Refund Policy for replacement and refund terms.
