Refund policy

30-Day Returns

We accept return requests for unused and unopened physical products submitted within 30 days after delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please use our contact form and include your order number before sending a return.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept products that have been used, opened, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior authorization. Gift cards and items marked final sale are not returnable. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Return Shipping and Refunds

Unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable. After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please report damaged or incorrect orders within 7 days after delivery using our contact form. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and shipping packaging. After review, we will arrange a replacement, reshipment, or refund as appropriate at no additional shipping cost.

Cancellations and Address Changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order or correct a shipping address. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters production, packing, or receives a shipping label.
