Is this a spiritual, ritual, or fortune-telling service?
No. We sell physical decorative art and do not provide rituals, blessings, readings, or fortune-telling services.
Do the prints promise luck or protection?
No. They are cultural and decorative artworks. No luck, protection, healing, financial result, relationship change, or other outcome is promised or guaranteed.
What do the lotus and pearl represent in this collection?
Lotus ornaments and a centered pearl are part of Obang House’s original visual system for bringing the twelve guardians together as one series. Each zodiac also has its own story and theme.

04 · Care & returns
Keep the hanji beautiful
Clean, dry handling and thoughtful display help preserve the paper’s color and texture.
How should I care for the print?
Handle it gently with clean, dry hands. Avoid bending, water, high humidity, oils, open flame, and prolonged direct sunlight. Consider UV-protective glazing for long-term framing.
Will my print look exactly like the screen preview?
Screen color varies by device, and hanji has a natural fiber character. Slight differences in paper texture and printed color are normal features of the physical piece.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Use our contact form within 7 days after delivery. Include your order number, a description, and clear photos of the item and shipping packaging so we can arrange the appropriate replacement, reshipment, or refund.
Can I return an item?
Unused and unopened physical products may be returned within 30 days after delivery. The item must remain in its original condition and packaging, and you must contact us before sending it back.
Who pays for return shipping?
Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and the original shipping charge is not refundable.
