These Terms of Service govern your use of the Obang House website and purchases from Obang House. By visiting this site, placing an order, or using any store service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Store and product information

We aim to describe and display each item accurately. Our guardian pieces are physical paper products made with Korean yellow hanji. Natural paper texture, color, folds, and print placement can vary slightly. Images identified as styled product visualizations show intended scale, presentation, and packaging and are not photographs of a manufactured sample.

Our products are contemporary symbolic and decorative artworks inspired by Korean visual culture. We do not promise or guarantee luck, protection, a spiritual effect, or any particular result.

2. Eligibility and account information

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract in your location. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account, if you create one.

3. Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices and promotions can change without notice. Taxes and shipping charges, when applicable, are shown during checkout. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not prevent us from canceling or limiting an order for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory error, unlawful activity, or another legitimate business reason. If we cancel after payment, we will issue the applicable refund.

4. Production and shipping

Guardian pieces are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days before shipment unless a product page states otherwise. The store currently offers delivery within the United States. Carrier delivery estimates are not guarantees, and delays outside our reasonable control may occur. Please review our Shipping Policy for current rates and details.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, damaged-item reports, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please read that policy before purchasing.

6. Intellectual property

The site, Obang House name, guardian artwork, product designs, text, graphics, photographs, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Obang House and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, modify, scrape, or commercially exploit them without prior written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use this site to violate law, infringe another person's rights, transmit malicious code, interfere with store security or operation, collect information without authorization, submit false information, or engage in fraud or abusive conduct.

8. Third-party services and links

Payments, shipping, analytics, and other functions may be provided by third parties. Third-party sites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. Obang House is not responsible for content or services controlled by an independent third party.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the site and store services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant that access will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Obang House will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or products. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains limited only to the extent allowed by law.

11. Changes and severability

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Changes apply prospectively from the posted update date. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
