U.S. shipping
Obang House currently ships within the United States only. Orders are typically prepared within 3-5 business days and ship with USPS tracking. Delivery estimates begin after the carrier accepts the package and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
A tracking link is sent to the email address used at checkout after your shipping label is created. Tracking may take time to update after carrier acceptance.
Address accuracy
Please review your shipping address before placing an order. Use our contact form as soon as possible if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters packing or receives a shipping label.
Returns
Unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Contact us before returning an item so we can provide instructions.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Use our contact form within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. After review, we will arrange a replacement, reshipment, or refund as appropriate.
Delivery issues
If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, check the delivery area and contact USPS first. Then contact us with your order number so we can review the shipment. Obang House is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or events outside our reasonable control, but we will help review available tracking information.
